You may sleep more with your own bedding on the floor, and in one of our two campsites, a small tipi for 2, or your own RV (we have power, water and RV dump). The Cabin (600 sq. ft.) features a wood burning stove and full kitchen. A one-bedroom (queen bed) that boasts a barn wood frame bed. There is also a hide-a-bed couch in the living room for the kids. The Bunk House (625 sq. ft.) features wood paneling walls and ceiling. The Bunk House has its own bathroom. There is a small kitchenette (sink, 2 burners, small fridge) in this unit, but also has an outdoor kitchen area with grill and picnic tables in the pavilion. There are basic pots and pans to cook with in the Bunk House. These units do not have AC, but it is rarely needed at 7000' elevation. There is not internet service. There is not cable, but there is a TV and DVD player for your movies. This unit sleeps 2 adults and 3 children. 3. The Shop Bedroom, this unique combination of the old barn wood and new barn wood (Blue Pine) consists of two sets of bunk beds (for 4 people) and a queen bed (for 2). Bedding provided. The queen bed area has a privacy curtain as do each bunk bed. There is a 3rd bathroom (a separate free-standing building just outside The Shop Bedroom) that serves the guests in this unit. There is not a kitchen nor living area. There is no AC, nor internet. There are power outlets to charge your cell phones. Sleeps 6. 4. Vintage Travel Trailer (sleeps 2). There is not a bathroom in this small trailer. There is a 3rd bathroom (a separate free-standing building just outside The Vintage Trailer) - The Outhouse. There is not a functioning kitchen, nor supplies in this unit to cook. Please use the grill in the outdoor pavilion. Sleeps 2. 5. Authentic Covered Wagon (for 2). This covered wagon is equipped with a queen bed. You could also sleep a child on the floor, but you'd need your own sleeping bag and mat for the floor. There are steps to enter the covered wagon. There is not a heater in the covered wagon so watch the weather as your trip approaches and decide who gets to sleep in the covered wagon. There is a 3rd bathroom (a separate free-standing building-The Outhouse) that serves the guests sleeping in the covered wagon. There is no electricity in the covered wagon. Sleeps 2. 6. We also have a two campsites with fire pit and picnic table. We also have one RV pad with power, water and sewer and a small tipi. The price is $269/night for up to 15 people. The Space: The home is a two bed/one bath cottage in a rural residential neighborhood. The house has been completely renovated inside including new furniture. The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing family meals. The rooms are furnished with hotel quality beds, dressers and chairs. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, soap and plenty of towels. It is set up to be a comfortable home base for attending events or a exploring all of the great outdoor activities in the area. There is a large patio area with a grill and table with seating for 6. Kitchen- There is everything you will need to prepare family meals. You will find a slow cooker, pots and pans, bakeware, utensils and serving ware for 6 people. In the cupboard you will find basic cooking herbs and spices, oil, flour and sugar. A starter amount of coffee, tea and hot chocolate are also provided. Laundry Room- A washer and dryer are provided. Detergent and dryer sheets are on the shelf. There is an iron and an ironing board in the laundry room also. TV room- The TV room is furnished with a large flat screen TV, basic cable, wifi, books and games. Outside- There is a large patio with a grill for your cookouts in the evening. There is a large gravel parking area. Outside spaces- The lawn is being replanted and will be blocked off until it is established. That means that there are farm animals around. You can hear the cows nearby . The neighbor has a large flock of domestic geese. An irrigation canal runs beside the road. We have a farm house appeal and are secluded even from our small town. We are off the beaten path on a dirt lane. The view of the stars from our trampoline at night can't be beat. Our day view is just as amazing with fields, wildlife, and surrounding mountains. Guest access The guest area has a door dividing the North house from our main home. You can keep the dividing door closed for privacy or open the door if you would like more interaction with our family. The choice is yours. This Cabin is located in Lyman Utah, a quaint little town located between Capitol Reef and Fish Lake. With over 2300 square feet and a fenced in yard, with enough room for 10 people to stay. There are numerous fruit trees and other large trees in the yard that provides shade on a hot day. This cabin has an upstairs and downstairs with 5 bedrooms and three bathrooms. The main level has a large beautiful kitchen and is stocked with your basic cooking needs. The master bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom with a tub and stand in shower. In addition to the kitchen and master bedroom the upstairs has a large living room with high ceilings, two more bedrooms and a bathroom. Down stairs you will find a family room/game room with two more bedrooms and a bathroom with a walk in shower. Downstairs is a washer and dryer for your use. There is also an outdoor fire pit for a relaxing evening outside. If you have horses and need a place to keep them, there is a small pasture next to the cabin that can be used upon request. We have a TV with a few Stations and a DVD player. There is also wi-fi access. Lyman is located at the base of Thousand Lake Mountain 3 miles east of Loa the largest town in Wayne County where you can find places to eat, a grocery store, gas stations, national forest office and other stores. It is also 13 miles from Torrey, where you will find bars, restaurants, and other events that go on through the summer. If you want to experience the surrounding area, Lyman is a great central location. It is about 23 minutes to Capitol Reef National Park and 25 minutes to Fish Lake. There are also many hiking and atv trails in the surrounding mountains. Lyman is within an hour drive to numerous fishing and hunting opportunities. For example, there is world class fishing and hunting on the Boulder, Fish Lake, and Thousand Lake mountains. If you are willing to drive a little farther you can do day trips to Lake Powell, Goblin Valley State Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Grand Staircase National Monument, Canyon lands National Park, and the San Rafael Swell.

The house is approximately 100 yards off highway 89 and is nestled up against a hill. With plenty of seating on the wrap-around front porch, you’ll find the sights and sounds of the country irresistible! In the mornings and evenings, you’ll likely see deer; and maybe some other critters, in the hayfields. At night, you’ll be completely awestruck by the stars! In fact, if you can keep your eyes open long enough after such a fun-filled day; you’ll get to make a wish on a shooting one! The space- This 3 bedroom and 2 bath home will be your private space. In the living room there are incredibly comfy couches with 4 built-in recliners. There is also a table with a cabinet in it that has some games, cards, and a few toys inside to entertain your crew while dinner is being made. The smart TV only accesses a few local channels so Roku and a Netflix account has been set up for guests to enjoy. You may also use your personal login to any apps you may have. The full kitchen has seating and dinnerware for 10. (a main table for 6 and side table that seats 4 with the extra chairs located in the laundry room) There are pots/pans, a crockpot, griddle, toaster, mixing bowls, kitchen utensils, can opener, grater, knives, cutting board, basic seasonings, and plenty of pantry space for your groceries. There’s a bbq outside and inside the back door, you’ll find bbq utensils hanging on the wall. This is also the laundry room where there’s a washer and dryer with detergent, liquid fabric softener, bleach, and dryer sheets for your use. You’ll also find an iron and ironing board, vacuums, a mop and brooms in here. Guest access- The Sevier River is approximately 100 yards behind the main home and is accessible by taking a short stroll down the dirt road on the north side of the house. From there you’ll have to open a gate and climb over a fence but, as long as you remember small town rule #1: ~Always close a gate that you open behind you~ you are welcome to explore! From the top of the hill behind the ranch house you will see Taylor’s Pond, the horse track, the city park, and most of the town! Interaction with guests- We live in town and are available to answer any questions or requests you may have. The front door has a keyless entry with a code that will be given to you after you book so you will be able to check-in at your convenience. If privacy is what you’re after, this is the place for you; although, if you would feel more comfortable meeting us, just let us know! Other things to note- In the closet of the master bedroom there are 2 twin rollaway beds with linens ready to go. You’ll also find extra blankets and pillows, a pack-n-play that can be used as a crib, and a safety gate if there’s an area you’d like to keep a toddler out of.

Lilac Cottage Description Lilac Cottage is a wonderful cottage in Bicknell, UT. Capital Reef National Park is 20 minutes away along gorgeous Highway 24. This home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a brand new kitchen and bathroom easily accessible to all guests. The second bedroom and bathroom is a more private suite addition with doors to the outside. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking pots, pan, utensils, BBQ grill utensils, dishwasher and food containers. There is an outside propane grill. The pantry has lots of storage and a washer and dryer. Detergent is supplied. The cottage has a king size bed and a queen size bed to accommodate 4 guests. The couch can sleep one adult or two small children. All linens are supplied. The yard is large and has lots of private areas. Even a hammock! There is a lovely covered back porch on which to relax and take in the view of Bicknell Bottoms and Boulder Mountain. There are yard games available which are shared with The Little House, ID # 4507406, another guest rental on the property. The Little House can also be rented for additional guests if you are looking for a family reunion spot. Please Note: there is no air conditioning, however, after living in this home for a year during one of the hottest Summers, I found I never needed it. It is well insulated with large shade trees. Temperatures cool down to 45-55 at night, cooling things down to maintain a pleasant temperature.

The Sweetgrass Studio a 1000 sq foot retreat 12 miles from Capitol Reef National Park + 22 NP/SP/Museums within a 3.5 hr drive. It's located above a Coffee House and Gallery. The SG Studio building was built in 1873 as a mercantile, turned dance hall & school in the early 1900s. In 2005 restoration began, honoring the original historical period. All interior walls, floors & doors were constructed by a master woodworker & former owner. Wayne County is where to shorten your bucket list. The space The apartment is upstairs. Is is accessed by a staircase inside the front door. Because of its age, the second floor is not handicap accessible. The space has an open floor plan with kitchen, living and dining in a common area, and a loft. The ceiling is high and at its perimeter, angles with the pitch of the roof. The window sills are exceptionally deep due to the structure of the old stone buildings’ walls which are almost 18” thick. This all adds up to be a very dramatic and interesting space! The views are both of the town of Bicknell and the gorgeous landscapes. There is one private bedroom with a queen bed, ample closet and chest of drawers. Extra guests can be accommodated on the queen size sofa bed. There is one large bathroom with plenty of storage, a long cast-iron tub with shower. There is a generous sized loft above the bathroom. The loft is an interesting nook overlooking the apartment. It has 2 Twin XL mattresses and bedding. It is accessed by a ladder. You can find this in the pictures. The kitchen is fully equipped with the typical amenities. You could comfortably cook here over any length of stay. The sink is incorporated into an island with bar seating for casual eating. The dining table will seat 6. The island bar will seat 3. Guest access Guests have access to the front entry and hall with laundry facility. The entire second floor is the dedicated apartment space. The building has a retail space and a large space in the rear which are private. Also there is a deck on the back of the building facing south that is not for guest use. It is private. Thank you. Theater House is a 100 year old home that has been totally renovated and remodeled in 2017. It is located in the middle of town next to the Bicknell Theater. There are two private bedrooms with queen beds and a gorgeous bathroom with plenty of storage and a glassed wall shower. The South bedroom is smaller but comfortable with a large closet. A chest of drawers is located inside the closet. The views from the windows are wonderful. The North bedroom is larger with French doors leading to the back patio. It also has a large closet with chest of drawers inside. A convenient mudroom is located at the back entry with full size washer and dryer, coat racks and bench along with a handy folding area. The kitchen is brand new with lots of storage, amenities, pots and pans, oven cookware, utensils, glassware, dishwasher, garbage disposal, oven, cooktop and refrigerator. The kitchen looks out into the dining and living room areas. The dining room seats 6. The living room is cozily situated around an electric fireplace and TV. Again, gorgeous views from the windows. The back porch is ready for a party or relaxation. Tables, chairs and more grace this wonderful space located on the shady side of Theater House. ***City ordinance requires off street parking. There is plenty of room on the North side for parking. Entrance is behind The Bicknell Theater via a gravel easement. We have installed artificial turf to cut down on water and maintenance use. Enjoy an ‘Experience’ and ‘Accomidations’ all in one! This will be a stay you will never forget! Your kids will thank you over and over again! Laughter is expected and FUN is unavoidable in this 5000 square feet of dream play space! You will have a private gym all to your self for the duration of your stay, as well as a luxurious Master bedroom and loft bedroom. A microwave, mini fridge and large kitchen table are provided. You will have a private bathroom which includes a full size stackable washer and dryer, modern shower (no bathtub) and mirrored area for the young ladies in your life:) The Loft includes two queen mattresses that overlook the gym. USB outlets in the loft and master, make life convenient for both the young and young at heart! A ladder leads up to the loft fitting in with the creativity of the gym. Who doesn't want to sleep in "THE LOFT"! The master bedroom has original old fashion hardwood floors, exposed brick from long ago and new shiplap to complete the look. The Master has it's own private tv while the gym has a second tv available for all in your group to share. The front entrance has a camera and monitor for everyones protection. Our tumbling and dance moms love watching their kids in different classes. Because we also have two dance studios in the building, you will see monitors and cameras in the public spaces. These monitors project classes in progress so parents can observe students from the two lobbies. Not to worry, there are not any cameras in bedrooms, lofts, bathrooms or private areas. You will even be able to enjoy working on your lap top or eating on the table while watching your kids on the monitor play in the gym. We make it easy for you to have eyes in the back of your head:) Enjoy the refurbished Master with 100 year old original wood floors and exposed brick! We have added a projector to our fantasy gym space with an incredible picture size of 25 feet x 16 feet! You not only can enjoy your favorite movies, but sports games become life size, motivational speakers make lasting impressions, your families home videos bring laughter and reviewing your teams game film speaks for itself! We are only 18 minutes from Richfield (Sevier Valley Events Center), 50 minutes to Fish Lake, 35 minutes to Fremont Indian State Park, 11/2 hours to Capitol Reef, 21/2 hours to Canyon Lands National Park, 21/2 hours to Zion's National Park, 35 minutes to Big Rock Candy Mountain, 2 hours to Bryce Canyon, 30 minutes to the Manti Temple, 5 minutes to the Blackhawk arena and 45 minutes to Yuba State Park. ***We love youth and sports teams! For an extra fee per person, bring your whole team! We have hosted youth church groups of 30 +. The padded floor and tramps make great places to bring a sleeping bag/pillow and camp out! We have listed bedroom room 3 with pictures of the gym. This is for those who have larger groups! This area, with so much padding and tramps, have endless sleeping possibilities! Our new projector fills our gym wall making it perfect to use as a lesson tool with your large groups! Guests will have access to the Power Tumbling gym, Master Bedroom, Loft with 2 Queen beds, bathroom, laundry and kitchen table/lobby area. Guests will enter through the main lobby and first waiting room and will have access to these during their stay. Guests will have over 5000 square feet of private space during their stay. We do have an additional two dance studios in the facility that will be locked. If you have a dancer or would like access to one of the dance studios, they are available for an additional fee.

Salina is a hub connecting 1-70, 89, and 50 from I-15. We just finished up our fully renovated 1200 square foot three bedroom home. It boasts all new floorings, paint, cabinets, tile and appliances. Everything is new but the original lumber in the walls. The master bedroom offers a Queen bed and room for our blow up mattress. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed and room for our blow up mattress. The third bedroom offer a bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin on the top. Our sofa couch offers a pull out bed for extra sleeping area if needed. Enjoy our comfy furniture and trendy decor while staying in our fun little town. We are in an area that is the cross roads to just about everything. Our home offers card games, board games, wifi, and is just a few houses away from the elementary school playground as well as our recreation center. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking pans and utensils you will need, as well as coffee. Nightly price is for two guests:) Each guest after two guests, has a $10.00 fee. A pre approved family pet also has a $10.00 per night, per pet fee. We do not allow pets without pre approval. A rustic 2 story cottage on 7.75 acres, air conditioned. The cottage reflects the finest design, materials, attention to detail and craftsmanship available. This is much more than a place to stay, it offers a unique, always to remember experience. The cottage is sculpted into bedrock amongst pinion pines and old growth mountain mahogany brush. A picturesque erosion sculpted sandstone monolith rises four stories at the edge of yard, just beyond the cottage. The approach to the cottage, from Teasdale Road, is down a short lane crossing through a woodland fringed meadow with wetland on one side and alfalfa cultivation on the other. The backdrop is a beautiful rock formation, including a large balanced rock. There are multiple diverse micro niches as well as expansive views to the horizon and beyond. The property has the character of a small park of natural wonders. Located on the east edge of Teasdale, 5 miles from Torrey and 8 miles further to Capital Reef National Park. Highway 12 the "All American Highway" AND designated as on of the "10 most beautiful highways in the world", is only 5 miles away. The antique tv and radio in the living room don't work, but can contribute to the history lesson too. Great bike or ATV rides, nature walks, and trail runs right out the front door (amazing 17 mile road bike loop under the Cockscomb or ~12 mile running loop on the old dump road), and of course Capitol Reef National Park and many many other natural wonders are within easy reach with a short drive. The bike loop was the last 2 laps of Tour of Utah stage in 2016. Torrey has both seasonal and year-round restaurants within 2 miles. Good pizza, burgers, southwestern food all within a quick drive. The high elevation means it is usually delightful weather in the summer, no need for air conditioning. A cozy, secluded, contemporary cabin nestled between the Boulder Mountains and Capitol Reef National park where the quiet can be deafening. This high-desert oasis is rustic and eclectic, with wood interior and a wood burning stove. A cozy, yet roomy feel with an open floor plan has a cozy fireplace and an open kitchen. It offers two unique bedrooms each individually decorated with custom furnishings. It sleeps up to 6 people – 2 queen beds (one queen in master bedroom and one queen murphy bed in common area for extra guests) and two single beds in bedroom number 2. The beds, mattresses and linens are of high quality for a good night’s sleep. A large-screen TV in the living room with movies provided. There is an additional of $25/guest over 4 guests, per night. The house is 750 square feet. It does not have air conditioning, but each room has a ceiling fan. At 7100 feet elevation it usually cools down quite nicely. There are electric heaters in each room and a fire place in the living room. We do have wifi. A small coffee machine is provided and there are a limited number of cooking necessities. There is a cook stove, microwave and refrigerator. Pets are ok if they don't shed or sleep on the beds, but don't tell my wife. Please be considerate of our place and clean up after them. This is a very diverse, rural area. The main grocery store is 17 miles away in Loa, UT. In the summer in Torrey, from April thru October, there is "The Chuck Wagon" open every day, where you can get necessities, basic foods. There is 1 liquor store in the county, in Bicknell about 6 miles away - again not open on Sundays. You can get beer at The Chuck Wagon, though. GUEST ACCESS In most cases, our vacation home will require a self-check in. You will be given a code for entrance prior to your arrival. There are friendly residents close by for any questions or emergencies but the cabin has a private setting with quiet solitude. We don’t live on site at this property. Close to Capitol Reef National Park, Boulder Mountain and Escalante. Plenty of garage space to store your gear, new washer and dryer, and great kitchen and dining space. This house is a great place to relax after a long day enjoying the red rock of Capitol Reef or the alpine forests on Boulder Mountain. Plenty of sleeping space with bunk beds for the younger ones, and comfortable king and queen sized beds for the rest of the family.
